A BRIEF HISTORY
Established in 2012, we started serving food from a gazebo with our portable BBQ at our local Agricultural Wholesaler, serving locals and those travelling to Weymouth for the Olympic sailing. We both had other jobs but traded at weekends realising that this was our future.
From there we saved and bought a small trailer. We prided ourselves on serving locally sourced produce where possible. Because of this we asked a local artist, who we had met as a customer, to paint our trailer making it unique and perfectly showing what we are all about. We still use our favourite trailer today serving Sourdough Stone Baked Pizzas.
Towards the end of 2013 we had the opportunity to buy an established local mobile fish and chip business. With the help of friends and family we bought the business. We have worked really hard to build our business further, whilst still providing freshly cooked, good quality food. We realise how important it is for our customers by serving traditional Fish and Chips in our local villages.
As well as our regular villages, we continue to cater for events, including shows, fetes, parties, weddings etc. These days we serve much more than Burgers, Pizzas and Fish and Chips.
With our new addition of fully licenced mobile bars we can now offer you something to wash it down with!!
We pride ourselves on providing good quality, locally sourced meat. All our Burgers, Sausages and Bacon are sourced from our local butcher.
Our Cod is frozen at Sea and we know on which boat Our Haddock is sustainable and line caught. The remainder of our ingredients are of the highest quality and we are always
